Jessica Maguire teaches the Vagus Nerve Masterclass

The Vagus Nerve Masterclass

In this 2 hour foundational workshop, you’ll learn how your nervous system operates, understand the different states of hyper- and hypo-arousal, PLUS receive a toolbox of practical exercises to regulate your nervous system and build resilience.

This is an on-demand recording plus audio and video resources, enabling you to learn at your own pace.

This Masterclass has provided the missing piece of the puzzle in my quest to finding balance and emotional/physical/mental wellbeing. It’s truly been one of the most transformative courses I have ever embarked on (and I have been on a few), and the most practical… This course is a life-saver. Thank you so much!
