ABOUT JESSICA

Hi, I'm Jessica.

I'm a lecturer who teaches nervous system education to coaches, clinicians, therapists, and facilitators. I've trained more than 20,000 students and practitioners to bring confidence, clarity, and credibility to their work with dysregulated clients.

My approach rests on four pillars:

01 The Nervous System-Sensitive Sequencing (NSSS) Framework™ - a systematic method for working safely with dysregulated nervous systems.

02 Neuroeducation for real top-down regulation, not just information sharing.

03 Advanced practitioner self-regulation, so you don't finish the day drained and depleted.

04 A global community of practitioners, working from the same evidence-based approach and connecting in person each year.

What sets my work apart is translating complex neurobiology, predictive coding, sensory systems, interoceptive awareness, into frameworks that you can practically apply in your next clinical or coaching session.
