Our weekly Live Calls consist of Peer-to-Peer for experiential, active learning as well as Q&A Calls where you can get your specific questions answered. You can submit your questions from 24 hours before the live call, so even if you can’t tune in live you can see the answers in the replay. On most weeks there are two live calls to ensure we cater to all time zones.

Our live calls take place in the morning (9 am) and in some weeks we also have an additional afternoon call (4 pm) option (AEST/AEDT - Sydney time). You can convert to your local timezone here.

We recommend 4-6 hours per week. This includes 2 hours for lectures and live calls, plus an additional 2-4 hours for practice, reflection, and peer-to-peer work.

The program combines cutting-edge, evidence-based education with hands-on techniques, ensuring you understand the theory and can apply it practically, even with limited nervous system knowledge. Access to the course materials is via a personalised online website portal. Here you’ll access lectures, bioplasticity training and downloadable workbooks. The portal is Mac, PC, and tablet friendly. Once you've enrolled, your courses can be found in your Library when logging into the portal via the Nervous System School website, or via the Kajabi App for mobile access. (Add link to Kajabi App). The Vagus Nerve Program comes with 12 months access.

• The Vagus Nerve Masterclass is our 2-hour foundational course, which includes live Q&A plus four guided audios to help you improve the functioning of your vagus nerve. 

• The Vagus Nerve Program is our much more comprehensive 8-week program. It includes onboarding and integration weeks, along with 6 x 60-80 minute lectures, plus new video and/or audio resources per week, plus workbooks for reflection. The program also includes weekly Live and Peer-to-Peer Calls (approximately 60 minutes) and an exclusive online community for ongoing support. 

• The Nervous System Certification Course is our 12 week highly curated program designed to help you implement brain and body integration, regulation, and education for impactful, long-lasting change. Based on the scientific principles of neuroplasticity, you'll gain a deep understanding of how people can transform. Practical application through case studies, peer-to-peer learning, guided scripts, and handouts will give you the confidence to communicate complex concepts clearly.

You will receive a certificate of completion after the course has concluded and all of your assignments have been completed. You'll receive 'Nervous System School Trained' assets and you'll be added to our database of trained practitioners.

Our weekly Live Calls are where the content will be taught for each module of the course as well as peer to peer calls and small group mentoring. To get the most out of the course, we encourage you to attend live, however, the replay will be available if you are unable to attend.

You will have access to the training for 24 months from the commencement of the course to complete all required assessments. Access includes all modules so that you can go back and revise anything you need during that time. We also record all of our live calls so you can listen back if you miss them. That said, if you can, we recommend that you attend the course in real time so that you can experience the full support of the other members working through the process alongside you.
