Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before registering for or attending any "Enter: Science x Spirituality x Nervous System" event (the "Event"). By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. REGISTRATION AND TICKETS
1.1 Age Requirement: All attendees must be at least 18 years of age.
1.2 Registration Confirmation: Your registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and confirmation email from us.
1.3 Ticket Transferability: Tickets may be transferred to another individual up to 7 days before the Event date by contacting our support team. The new attendee must accept these Terms.
1.4 Identification: Attendees must present valid photo identification that matches their registration information at check-in.
2. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1 Payment: All fees are payable in US Dollars and include applicable taxes.
2.2 Cancellation by Attendee:
- 30+ days before Event: Full refund minus $50 administration fee
- 15-29 days before Event: 50% refund
- 14 days or less before Event: No refund
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
2.3 Event Changes or Cancellation:
We reserve the right to change Event dates, venues, content, speakers, or programming.
If we cancel the Event entirely, we will offer either a full refund or transfer to another Event date/location.
We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by attendees.
2.4 Force Majeure: No refunds will be issued if the Event is canceled or rescheduled due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government restrictions, or travel advisories.
3. CONDUCT AT EVENTS
3.1 Code of Conduct: Attendees agree to behave in a respectful manner and follow instructions from Event staff. Disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior may result in removal without refund.
3.2 Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, alcohol, recording equipment (except mobile phones), and outside food/beverages are prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
3.3 Health and Safety: Attendees must:
- Comply with all safety instructions and protocols
- Notify staff of any health concerns that may affect participation
- Assume responsibility for their physical and emotional wellbeing during exercises
3.4 Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND MEDIA
4.1 Content Ownership: All Event content, materials, and presentations remain our intellectual property or that of our partners and speakers.
4.2 Materials Usage: Event materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
4.3 Photography and Recording:
We may photograph, film, or record portions of the Event for promotional purposes.
By attending, you grant us permission to use your image, voice, and likeness in such recordings without compensation.
Personal photography is allowed for non-commercial use only.
Audio or video recording of sessions is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
5. HEALTH DISCLAIMER
5.1 Not Medical Advice: The content presented at the Event is for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended as medical, psychological, or healthcare advice.
5.2 Participant Responsibility:
- Attendees participate in all activities at their own risk.
- If you have any health conditions, physical limitations, or are under medical care, consult with your healthcare provider before participating.
- You agree to discontinue participation and seek medical attention if you experience discomfort or distress.
5.3 Wellness Activities: Some activities may involve physical movement, breathwork, meditation, or emotional exercises. Participation is voluntary, and you may opt out of any activity at your discretion.
6. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
6.1 Data Collection: We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
6.2 Communication: By registering, you consent to receive Event-related communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
7. MEMBERSHIP EVENT SPECIFIC TERMS
7.1 Eligibility: Attendance at membership events is restricted to individuals who have purchased membership or special access tickets.
7.2 Confidentiality: Membership event content and discussions may be confidential, and attendees agree not to share proprietary information without permission.
7.3 Community Guidelines: Additional community guidelines may apply to membership events and will be provided separately.
8. MISCELLANEOUS
8.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
8.3 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Event and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

9. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
9.1 Voluntary Participation: You acknowledge that your participation in the Event is entirely voluntary.
9.2 Assumption of Risk: You understand and acknowledge that participation may involve risks of personal injury, emotional distress, property damage, or other losses.
9.3 Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release us, our affiliates, partners, employees, contractors, and agents from all liability for any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from your attendance or participation.
By registering for the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
