Hi, I'm Jessica.
I'm a vagus nerve researcher who teaches nervous system education to coaches, clinicians, and facilitators around the world. I've trained more than 20,000 students and practitioners to bring confidence, clarity, and credibility to their work with clients' experiencing dysregulation.
My approach is built on four interconnected pillars that transform how practitioners understand and apply nervous system science. The Trauma-Sensitive Sequencing Framework™ provides a systematic method for working safely with dysregulated nervous systems. I teach neuroeducation that enables true top-down regulation, not just information sharing. I emphasise advanced practitioner self-regulation so that you don't finish the day drained and depleted And I've built a global community of practitioners who are all committed to this same evidence-based approach and connect in-person each year.
What sets my work apart is the way I translate complex neurobiology and neuroscience—polyvagal theory, predictive coding, sensory systems and interoceptive awareness—into practical frameworks and systems that actually work in clinical and coaching settings.
I believe practitioners deserve more than surface-level understanding. With a depth of knwoledge about nervous system regulation, you move from hoping techniques will work to knowing why they do.
Through my Nervous System Certification Course and the Impact Practitioner Community, I'm building a new standard for how health professionals work with the nervous system. Whether you're a therapist, coach, practitioner or facilitator, my goal is to give you the depth of knowledge and practical skills that allow you to make a real impact in the lives of your clients.
