A LIVE WORKSHOP FOR NSCC GRADS

Neuromodulation in Practice

Biostimulation, Biofeedback, and What's Next in the Nervous System Space.

LIVE WORKSHOP + Q&A FOR NSCC GRADS

60-minute workshop with Jessica.

JULY 21 @ 4:00PM (PDT) | FREE REPLAY

ABOUT THIS EXCLUSIVE WORKSHOP

This workshop walks you through four exciting areas of neuromodulation that are shaping where our field is headed, and shows you how you can apply them in your practice.

You’ll learn the research and the innovative approaches that are advancing how we create adaptation in our clients nervous system, building on our NSCC frameworks.

Biostimulation of the vagus nerve
As an NSCC graduate, you already understand vagal tone and why it matters. Biostimulation is the natural next layer, a way to work with the vagus nerve more directly, using auricular devices, cervical stimulation, and transcutaneous units. In this section, you'll learn what these methods actually do, what the evidence solidly supports (HRV changes, inflammatory markers), and where the science is still thin (mood regulation, trauma resolution). You'll leave knowing how to talk about vagal biostimulation with your clients in a way that's accurate and credible, grounded in what you already know, not hype.

Inspiratory muscle training for autonomic dysregulation
Breathing mechanics and autonomic regulation are more connected than most training acknowledges. We'll cover why that link exists, and which populations tend to respond best to inspiratory muscle training, including clients with long COVID, POTS, and anxiety-linked breathing pattern disorders. You'll also learn what real progression looks like. Not a single breathing exercise, but a structured build over weeks. And where IMT fits relative to vagal work in a client's overall plan.

Interoception and predictive processing
You'll learn what biofeedback reveals about interoceptive accuracy, and how this research reframes chronic pain, anxiety, and dysregulation for practitioners. This section builds directly on the framing we've explored together, with the goal of helping the brain predict accurately. You'll learn the devices clients can use between sessions to develop their self-regulatory capcity, giving you practical tools to extend the work beyond your time with them.

Practical application for coaches and clinicians
We'll walk through where scope of practice matters, what's appropriate for coaches versus clinicians. Then we'll work through one real case example live, so you can see the decision-making in action, not just hear about it in theory.

You'll also get a first look at what's coming in 2027 for NSCC graduates...you won't want to miss this.

Details: July 21, 4:00 PM PDT. Live + recording sent to all registrants. Free for NSCC graduates.
