WORKSHOP
Nervous System Sequencing for
Group Work
BUILD SELF-REGULATION AND GROW YOUR PRACTICE
LIVE WORKSHOP + Q&A
60-minute workshop with Jessica.
ABOUT THIS WEBINAR
Do you...
- Finish your 1:1 days drained and depleted, with nothing left for yourself or your family?
- Feel your own nervous system fraying after back-to-back sessions holding space for dysregulated clients?
- Want to bring this work into a room, but worry what happens when five nervous systems are dysregulated in five different directions at once?
Sequencing for groups isn't just a client outcome — it's what protects your nervous system as much as theirs. Done well, it's often the more effective approach for the right clients, because it hands them back the agency and autonomy to build their own capacity for self-regulation, instead of relying on you to co-regulate them session after session.
There's also something group work offers that 1:1 sessions can't: community and belonging. The co-regulation clients experience from each other in the room — not just from you — can be a powerful part of what helps them heal.
Graduates of this work have gone on to expand their practice in ways 1:1 alone couldn't offer — growing sustainable programs that support their own business, and reaching more people in ways that let them make a bigger difference in more lives.
In this free workshop, you'll learn:
- Why group facilitation needs a different sequencing approach than 1:1 work
- How to pace an opening, middle, and close so the whole room stays regulated
- How neuroeducation itself builds client agency — and how to teach it
- How to adapt a protocol you already use 1:1 into a group format
Taught by Jessica Maguire, physiotherapist and founder of the Nervous System Certification Course, who's trained over 20,000 practitioners in nervous system regulation.
