You'll incorporate evidence-based frameworks to ensure effective intervention across emotional, cognitive, and physiological regulation domains. 

The Certification Course harnesses the power of relational networks while drawing on the neurobiology of attachment to support co-regulation—the dynamic process where you help modulate your client's physiological and emotional states.

This foundation enables you to create resilient support systems, so your presence can help another return to balance during distress. 

The Certification Course integrates clinical biofeedback technology with targeted intervention for primary and also the four blended stress responses: Freeze, Stillness, Play, and Fawn. 

Understanding regulatory mechanisms involves examining the dynamic pathways of top-down and bottom-up regulation that coordinate physiological and psychological balance.

Understanding our internal bodily sensations through a trauma-informed lens requires examining the intricate relationship between our nervous systems, sensory processing, and embodied awareness.

You'll explore trauma's impact on sensory systems, how it alters our ability to accurately perceive and respond to internal cues and most importantly how to shift this through neruoplastic change.

You'll discover the neurobioligcial shifts from developmental trauma and the healing power of touch. If touch is outside your scope you'll learn to help your clients and students connect with their body through self-directed techniques.

You'll also |earn about the interconnection of proprioception, fascia, and the nervous system, as well as the emotional dimensions of touch.

Language shapes our neurobiological reality in profound ways that extend far beyond simple communication. In this Course, we'll explore how the words we use—both in dialogue with others and in our internal monologue—directly influence neural pathways and physiological responses.

These stories we tell ourselves can either trigger or soothe our nervous system's threat response. When threatening narratives dominate, they can push your clients into states of anxiety, freeze, or complete shutdown.

We'll examine how recognising and restructuring these narratives can interrupt these cycles and create pathways toward regulation.

This component addresses how institutional policies and practices can either support or hinder nervous system regulation, offering guidelines for developing systems that recognise and respond appropriately to trauma's neurological impacts.

Approximately two weeks after the event, you will participate in a small group call. This will be coordinated and communicated to you prior to the end of the week.

You'll continue to meet with your small group to integrate all that you learn at Omega. Completing the Peer Reviewed Assessment grants you the Certifcation. 

Seven days gives you time to not just absorb information, but to deeply integrate what you're learning.

You'll move beyond theory and into practice, gaining resources and skills that will profoundly shift the way you work with yourself and others.

You'll continue to meet in small groups and stay connected with your community both before and after the program.
