Advanced
Practitioner
Academy
Become a leader in advanced nervous system practice.
A 12-month, in-person pathway for NSCC graduates ready to work confidently with complex cases, apply emerging nervous system science, and grow a stronger, more visible practice.
Founding Cohort Begins 2027 - Course Enrollment Opens October 1
You know there is another
level to your work.
You bring your regulated presence to each session, with no one around you who understands what it takes to hold that space for other people, day after day.
Maybe it's the quiet thinning out of your own capacity and you're finishing the day depleted, carrying your patients' pain home with you. You are the regulating presence for everyone else, but who is holding that for you?
Maybe it's the ceiling you've hit. Your training has siloed you in the body or the brain, but not both together, and you're missing the knowledge to bring it all together for your clients.
You understand the concepts, but you're not fully confident on applying them with complex cases like chronic pain, connective tissue disorders, or the comorbidities that don't fit neatly into anything you've learned.
You've learned everything you can from a screen, and you can feel there's a deeper layer of this work waiting for you, one that puts you ahead of where the field is heading.
And maybe you are brilliant at the clinical work, and no one has ever taught you how to be seen for it.
You have the theoretical depth, but translating it into language for a patient, in your group settings and your marketing without losing the rigor, is its own skill nobody taught you. You want to stand out in this space and to really help your clients have lightbulb moments and there's no strategy behind growing beyond that.
I built this pathway because I know what it's like to carry all of that. And I know what's on the other side of it.
Advanced Nervous
System Training
The Advanced Practitioner Academy is where you step into being a leader in the nervous system space.
You'll be among the first practitioners to have access to training like this. Few programs, if any, are teaching neuromodulation, vagal biostimulation, and the neuroimmune connection integrated into a single clinical framework the way you will be here. This is a different level of practice that puts you ahead of where this field is heading, rather than catching up to it once everyone else has already arrived.
You'll go deeper into the research and the innovation shaping where this field is evolving, inside the Nervous System-Sensitive Sequencing framework, the thing that already sets your work apart.
You'll learn to bring body and brain together with confidence even in the complex cases, like chronic pain, chronic fatigue, connective tissue disorders, POTS and other comorbidities that don't fit neatly into a box.
You'll build real neuroeducation skills too, the kind that make complex science land simply, so the people you work with actually understand what you're teaching them instead of just nodding along. And you'll build all of this in a room full of peers who are working at your level, not behind a screen, but beside you.
Then we take it further still.
I'll teach you how to be seen and found, how to talk about your work in a way that actually reaches people, how to build content that represents what you do, and how to put real strategy behind growing your own community, so your practice can finally stand on more than just you being in the room.
A Year of Advanced Practice
APRIL 2027 | SAN DIEGO
Visibility & the Nervous System
2-Day Regulated Practice Lab
Two days can hold a year's worth of growth, if they're the right two days. This is a high-impact, in-person experience built to expand your practice, your visibility, and your sense of yourself as a leader in this field.
You'll work directly with my own team, my PR consultant, my business coach, my strategist, my content lead, the same people who've helped me build a global audience from scratch. We'll sit with you on your positioning, on how you talk about your work so it actually lands, on scaling your practice, on pitching to companies and institutes.
You'll leave with a clearer message, a stronger pitch, and an actual plan for growing beyond a practice that depends entirely on you being the one in the room. This is the kind of progress you just can't get from behind a laptop screen.
This lab only exists inside the Academy. It's not sold separately, and it never will be.
The mentoring and group sessions in the lab are personal, so available seats are intentionally limited.

Neuromodulation for Regulation
5-Day Training Immersion: Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health
You'll train on vagal stimulation, part of the same neuromodulation research landscape as FDA-approved stroke recovery devices, and you'll learn exactly what the evidence does and doesn't yet show, so you can speak to it with real authority rather than over-claiming.
Used here by clinicians and coaches, each within their own scope of practice, you'll learn the full protocol: the evidence base, the mechanism, how to sequence it inside the Nervous System-Sensitive Sequencing framework, and how to bring it into your work with real clients and real judgment.
Take home your own device with exclusive Advanced Practitioner pricing and built-in savings.
This immersion goes further than the breathing work you learned in the NSCC, adding inspiratory muscle training as a structured, evidence-based tool of its own.
And the fifth day is something separate entirely: an extended training on being seen and promoting your work, exclusive to the Advanced Practitioner Academy.

The Neuroimmune System
5-Day Training Immersion: Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health
You already understand, better than most, how much stress shapes what shows up in the body. This immersion takes you deeper into the neuroimmune system, what the nervous system is actually doing when it drives inflammation, fatigue, and the symptoms your clients bring to you again and again. You'll learn how neuroinflammation works, its role in chronic pain, chronic illness, and depression, and how to recognize when a client's presentation is immune-driven rather than purely psychological.
You'll return to the same device from your first immersion, this time applying it through the lens of neuroimmune regulation, since vagal tone and inflammation are directly connected in the research.
This immersion goes further than anything in the NSCC, giving you a working framework for the clients whose cases live at the intersection of the nervous system and the immune system.
An extended fifth day of training is given to promoting your work, exclusive to the Advanced Practitioner Academy.

Access to The Nervous System Hub
Sign up to the APA in October and you will get immediate access to a library of trainings. The following workshops are included:
1. Grief and the Nervous System: Beyond the Five Stages: A somatic reframe of grief: how it pushes us into hyperarousal or hypoarousal, the four ways we avoid feeling it, and a guided RAIN practice for helping clients move through it, without chasing "closure."
2. The Neurobiology of Calm Connections: Co-regulation isn't just good vibes, it's vagus nerve science. Learn where it tips into codependency or stress contagion, how it maps to attachment styles (secure, anxious, avoidant) and how to stay regulated while holding space for others.
3. How The Nervous System Heals: Healing isn't just mental - it's neuroplasticity and bioplasticity, whole-body change from the ground up. Dig into the vagus nerve's role in shifting between the three nervous system states (regulated, fight-or-flight, shutdown), with two guided reflection exercises.
4. The Voice Is A Portal To Regulation: Your voice - spoken, sung, hummed, even cried or sworn, is a direct line to nervous system safety. Learn how it shifts you between calm, stress, and shutdown, why anger isn't dysregulation to fix, and practical techniques for staying regulated in hard conversations.
5. Allostatic Load: Chronic stress doesn't just stay in your head, it lives in your gut, immune system, and pain response. Get the traffic-light model for sympathetic, dorsal vagal, and ventral vagal states, and the science on why dysregulation is reversible in 6 weeks.
6. Freeze, Dissociation and Shutdown: Move beyond sympathetic vs. parasympathetic with the three lines of defense and learn to tell freeze, shutdown, and dissociation apart by their physiological markers. Get practical strategies for shifting out of hypoarousal, including what to avoid and why.
7. Why Proprioception Leads to Nervous System Regulation: Your brain's sense of body position is a direct line to the survival brain, which is why sensory work calms dysregulation faster than cognitive approaches. See how chronic tension fuels the brainstem's fear loop and proprioceptive input flips it, hitting the vagal brake and slowing the heart rate.
8. Access to the Workshop Bundle:
Is Polyvagal Theory Evidence-Based?: A grounded look at the science behind Polyvagal Theory: what's well-supported, what's contested, and what practitioners need to know to work with nervous system regulation confidently and credibly.
Regulation in Connective Tissue Disorders : Explore where the autonomic nervous system meets chronic illness, with a specific focus on Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, POTS and hypermobility, and what it means for regulation-based support.
Nervous System and Addiction: Discover how addiction looks when viewed through the lens of the nervous system. This workshop unpacks the research on interoception and predictive coding to explain why cravings happen and what it takes to shift them at the root.

Continuing Education
We're currently in the application process for Continuing Education (CE) credits for eligible graduates. As soon as accreditation is approved, we'll notify you directly.
Purposefully Impactful
The Advanced Practitioner Academy is opening for the first time, and the practitioners who join now will become the Class of 2027—the founding cohort of the Academy.
Every meaningful program begins with a group that helps shape what comes next. This is that group: the first practitioners to experience the Academy, build its community, and set the standard for future cohorts.
Enrollment is intentionally limited so the mentoring remains personal, the experience stays highly connected, and every practitioner is known—not simply enrolled.
Once the founding cohort is full, you may join the waitlist for priority access to the next Academy.
STAY CONNECTED
Between In-Person Events
In addition to our three structured APA events, we're building in regular opportunities for you to stay connected with other practitioners throughout the year.
This includes mentorship touchpoints, where peers can connect one-on-one for guidance and perspective, as well as ongoing support to help address the real challenges of this work.
Many students experience isolation along the way, and our goal is to make sure no one has to navigate that alone. Whether it's a quick check-in or a deeper conversation, we want the relationships built at our events to continue to grow between them, because staying connected to one another is just as important as the work itself.
