Learn transcutaneous vagus nerve stimulation (tVNS) and HRV tracking hands-on: the evidence, the parameters, the limits and where it belongs in your practice.

STEP 1 · ONLINE OR IN PERSON
NSSS Framework™
The foundation: a structured, state-specific system for knowing what to do, in what order, and why it works.
- Clinician or Coach stream
- Online cohorts, or in person at The Oaks (San Diego), Omega or Wild Rice (Wisconsin)
- 20 hours of training, plus mentoring and CEs
- Five steps: state-specific assessment, bottom-up regulation, top-down neuroeducation, nervous-system-sensitive sequencing and sustainable co-regulation
STEP 2 · 12 MONTHS · IN PERSON
Advanced Practitioner Academy
Advanced practice: complex presentations, neuromodulation and the business of a visible practice.
- San Diego Regulated Practice Lab: Visibility and the Nervous System (2 days, business and brand)
- Kripalu: Neuromodulation for Regulation, including hands-on tVNS training
- Kripalu: The Neuroimmune System
- 1:1 mentoring with Jessica and small-group meetups online all year
- Practice Lab sessions, professional photography at each immersion and private dinners with faculty
- Priority referral status and a Certificate of Completion

Your year, by start date
Every route includes the same three immersions, in a different order depending on when you start. If you start in winter, you'll join your first Academy immersion as you complete the NSSS Framework™, bringing your new skills straight into building your practice.
ROUTE 1
Winter start
Jan – Feb · NSSS Framework™ begins. The Oaks, San Diego (Jan 15–21), or online Clinician (from Feb 3) or Coach (from Feb 4).
Apr 17–18 · San Diego Regulated Practice Lab. Shape who you want to work with and how to reach them, while you finish the framework.
Jul 25–29 · Kripalu: Neuromodulation for Regulation. Start using tVNS with clients.
Oct 31 – Nov 4 · Kripalu: The Neuroimmune System. Complete the year with your final immersion.
ROUTE 2
Summer start
Jun – Jul · NSSS Framework™ begins. Omega Institute (Jul 16–23), or an online June or July cohort.
Jul 25–29 · Kripalu: Neuromodulation for Regulation. Go straight from the framework into tVNS training.
Oct 31 – Nov 4 · Kripalu: The Neuroimmune System.
Apr 2028 · San Diego Regulated Practice Lab. Finish with business and brand, alongside the new 2028 cohort. [DATES TO CONFIRM]
Can't make one of the immersions? You can join that same immersion with the 2028 cohort instead, and stay connected through your own cohort's small-group meetups.

Continuing education
NSSS Framework™: NBHWC, ICF and CPTA.
Advanced Practitioner Academy: NBHWC, ICF, NBCC and CPTA. To earn Academy CEs, attend all three immersions.
Certification
NSSS Framework™ certification on completing Step 1, and a Certificate of Completion from the Advanced Practitioner Academy on completing Step 2.
Your scope stays your own
The Pathway strengthens the discipline you already practice. It does not expand a professional license or authorize diagnosis or treatment. Coaches and clinicians learn the same framework and apply it within their own scope.
